Rachel heard all the fantastic stories of the beach growing up. Her family is still one of a handful that kept their business presence at the beach for decades, even in the “tough days” it experienced. Those memories, and her days exploring the back roads of greater Newburyport, gave Rachel a level of local knowledge few realtors can claim.
And then there’s that “energy” she has. As a former Division One college lacrosse player, Rachel is fiercely competitive. Its been said she doesn’t negotiate for her clients so much as fight for them. And she has the track record to prove it as a highly productive member of the William Raveis team since it’s founding in Newburyport.
And Rachel is just as committed to the community as she is to her clients as a Corporator at Anna Jaques Hospital and as a past women’s lacrosse coach at Pentucket High school.
When not working tirelessly for her clients, or spending time with her husband and young son, Rachel will still jump in to help her family at Joe’s Playland on the beach. You’ll find her making cotton candy or artfully putting the final touches on a soft serve cone.
So if Salisbury, or greater Newburyport is a place you may want to call home, give Rachel Sayer a call. From the corners of Driftway and Ocean, to the many beautiful neighborhoods of the Newburyport area, a little local knowledge goes a long, long way.
